DON'T SIGN 2017 BDGET- FALANA TO OSINBAJO

Human rights activist and Senior Advocate of Nigeria Femi Falana, has called on Acting President Yemi Osinbajo to not sign the 2017 Appropriation Bill into law.
PUNCH reports that Falana made this known at a colloquium organised by the Movement for Genuine Change in Ilorin to mark the 50th anniversary of the creation of Kwara State.
“The President is not competent to sign any bill into law while he is on vacation. The constitution did not envisage that a President who is on a vacation and an acting president, who is standing proxy for him will be exercising presidential powers simultaneously.
To that extent, pending the resumption of duties by President Buhari, the Acting President, Prof. Osinbajo, is competent to sign all bills validly passed by the NASS.
If President Buhari did not exercise powers during his vacation even though he was in the country, why would he want to do so while he is on medical vacation abroad?
Instead of dissipating energy over the competence of an appropriation bill signed into law by the Acting President, Nigerians should subject the 2017 budget to scrutiny.
We are therefore calling on the Acting President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, who is a professor of law not to endorse and sign the illegal appropriation bill of 2017 into law,” Falana said.
Falana said the legislative lacked the constitutional right to increase the budget, adding that legislators erred constitutionally by increasing their share of the budget.

FIRST WOMAN TO OFFICIATE IN EUROPE'S TOP LEAGE

German Policewoman Bibiana Steinhaus becomes First European Female Referee
Bibiana Steinhaus, a 38-year-old German policewoman will next season become the first female referee in Europe’s top leagues after she was promoted to officiate in the Bundesliga on Friday.
She has been a German FA (DFB) referee since 1999 and has previously been a fourth official for Bundesliga matches, BBC Sports reports.
“For every referee, whether a man or a woman, it is always a big goal to be able to whistle in the Bundesliga,” she told DFB.de.
Steinhaus who is the girlfriend of Englishman Howard Webb, 45, who refereed the 2010 World Cup final, said:
I have worked very hard for this in the last few years and suffered a few setbacks. I was quite speechless when I got the call. On one hand it was confirmation after all the hard work, but also a great incentive to keep working.
Of course, I am aware that I will be the first female referee in the Bundesliga and will be closely watched by the media and the public,” she added, having refereed 80 second-division games since 2007.
I am used to this pressure and am convinced I will find my feet quickly in the Bundesliga. I don’t seek out public attention and my colleagues know me well enough to know that.”
Her role as a police officer means Steinhaus is well used to giving clear instructions in a no-nonsense manner.
“My style during a game is characterised by intensive communication. I like to give an early indication of what I expect and set the players good guidelines.” She said.
Steinhaus made headlines in October 2014 when then Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola put his arm around her shoulders when she was the fourth official at a Bundesliga game while arguing about a refereeing decision.
Steinhaus coolly brushed Guardiola’s arm off and the Spaniard was criticised in the German media for inappropriate conduct.
“After all, it was not just anyone but the star coach of FC Bayern,” said former world-class referee Urs Meier at the time.
And in December 2015 during a second-division game, she sent off Kerem Demirbay for a second booking.
The then-Fortuna Duesseldorf midfielder was banned for five games for telling Steinhaus that “women have no place in men’s football” as he trudged off.
As a further punishment, his club made Demirbay, who now plays for Hoffenheim, referee a girl’s football match.
Steinhaus, who will referee the women’s Champions League final in Cardiff on June 1, is one of four officials who has been promoted to the list of Bundesliga referees for 2017/18.
She also refereed the 2011 women’s World Cup final and the women’s 2012 Olympic final in London.
DFB president Reinhard Grindel hopes Steinhaus will inspire girls to get involved in football.

IF YOU CALL YOU SELF A VIRGIN AND YOU MASTURBATE,YOU ARE NO LONGER A VIRGIN----COUNSELOR LUTTERODT

Controversial Ghanaian marriage counselor, George Lutterodt, in a new shocking disclosure has said that virgins who masturbate should not describe themselves as one.
He disclosed this in a recent interview with Kasapa FM, while revealing the high rate of masturbating virgins between Christians.
According to him:
'We have masturbating virgins and per a research, I conducted last year, Christians are in that range more than anyone else in the sense that, they do not want to have sex with anyone but masturbate to satisfy their sexual desire. These people cannot describe themselves as virgins because they derive the same pleasure like people who have sex.’
Mr. Lutterodt also rain curses on men living in Diaspora who purchase sex toys for their wives in other to prevent them from committing adultery

'If you are a woman married to a man abroad and he has purchased a sex toy for you so you satisfy your sex desires with the aim of preventing you from committing adultery, he is a fool.
Any man who asks you to engage in Skype sex is a fool and does not respect you. We need to respect women and it doesn’t take you anything to spend your last dime to come and visit your wife than to put her in the context of a sex machine.’

He added, that women in such situation are seriously suffering in bed because they have been subjected to bad sexual life like using sex toys on themselves.

In April, George Lutterodt who is known for making controversial statements on relationships, sex and dating said that any man who marries a beautiful woman suffers in bed.

6 YEARS BOY FOUND DEAD AFTER CAR HE WAS IN GOT STOLEN

Six-year-old Kingston Frazier who was supposed to graduate from kindergarten on Thursday at North Jackson Elementary School was found murdered in his mother's car which was stolen while he was in it at a grocery store. According to MSNewsNow, Kingston’s mother, Ebony Archie, stopped at a Kroger grocery store at about 1:15 AM Thursday morning, parked her Toyota Camry, left the car running, with Kingston inside the vehicle, and ran inside the store for a few minutes to shop.
While she was inside the store, two men pulled up in a Honda Civic.  The passenger in the Honda  a 6-foot-tall black male, got out of his car and jumped in Archie's car with the child inside. Both cars sped away.
The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office provides security for the Kroger and a deputy was there.  He took a report of a stolen vehicle at 1:37 AM when a witness reported that a woman came out of the store and said her vehicle was missing.
At the time they made the missing car report to the police officer, there was no mention of a missing child.

Hinds County Sheriff Victor Mason confirmed that when that report was taken, that there was no mention of Kingston.  He did not say when or how that he became aware that there was a missing child, but at some point his deputies did.

They contacted the Mississippi Highway Patrol and the Jackson Police Department. JPD Commander Tyree Jones said that Jackson police officers then responded back to the Kroger and began an investigation, including finding information on the vehicles involved in the case.

A witness contacted police and provided information on the person last known to have been driving the Honda Civic. Police were able to determine the identity of the driver, and have confirmed that it is one of the three suspects that have been arrested.

At about 4:30, the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation then issued an Amber Alert for Kingston, and began providing assistance in the investigation.

The stolen Toyota Camry was found on Thursday at a dead end on Gluckstadt Road behind the ABC warehouse.  Kingston’s body was found in the back seat.  He had been shot repeatedly, including in the back of the head.
Three suspects were arrested Thursday and are in custody under no bond, charged with capital murder.
They are Byron McBride, age 19; D’Allen Washington, age 17; and Dwan Diondro Wakefield, age 17. McBride was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Ridgeland; Washington was taken into custody by Hinds County Sheriff’s Deputies; and Wakefield was taken into custody in Jackson. D’Allen Washington’s criminal history has a previous arrest in 2016 for armed robbery.

Wakefield was a quarterback on the Ridgeland High School football team last season, but is no longer at the school and was dropped by the team.

Principal of North Jackson Elementary School, Kimberly Smith said :
“Kingston was one of our kindergarten scholars.”“He was a very fun-loving child. He was everybody’s baby. He was a sweet child to be around. He was Kingston.”
The school is offering grief counseling for students and staff.

Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant said:
“There are no words to express the anger and sadness over the loss of Kingston Frazier. The innocence and life of a six-year-old child have been taken by a horrific crime. It is time this senseless violence end. We can all pray that God will assuage the pain of Kingston’s family and friends, while we hold the guilty accountable.”
