NIGERIAN SEX BLOGGER SAY THAT ABORTION IS NOT A SIN IN SHOCKING FACEBOOK POST

 FacebookNI
Don’t ask me for advice on what to do with your unwanted pregnancy because I will tell you to go for a D&C. You see, I am not going to be amongst the women who tell you to keep a baby you are not psychologically or emotionally prepared for.
I do not believe the whole hogwash story that once the baby is born, he will end up being a blessing. Neither do I believe in the bullshit theory that once you hold the baby in your hands, you will be enveloped with so much love.
African people has made it a point of duty to tell anyone seeking help for their unwanted pregnancies that, they should keep the baby. Why? Because they assume abortion is a sin ðŸ˜‚
Until people start allowing others make choices that are better for them, we will continue to hear stories of women who abadoned their babies in cartons and single mothers lying about having children just to get married.
See, those women who dump their children should not be called wicked because someone directly or indirectly advised them to keep a pregnancy they Didn’t want.
Once they had the baby, the people who gave them such stupid advise left to live their lives and reality hit them. I can assume that once they held the baby in their hands, they didn’t feel that love people spoke off and all they felt was regret and disdain.
Every unborn child deserves a mother who is psychologically ready for him/her. It is unfair to the unborn child to say abortion is a sin. Not every woman deserves to be mother so stop forcing it on every woman you see.
In another post on Facebok she said ‘I’m in my early 20’s and I have saggy bosoms like a 65-year-old’…Read full post below;
‘Just so you know, my breasts didn’t start growing at the time I had anticipated. When I was in primary 5, my chest region was as flat as a new-born. There were no signs my breasts were going to grow. I didn’t even have a large nipple. Most of the girls in my class had well-rounded tits sitting comfortably on their chest.
To make matters worse, there was a fat boy in my class who had breasts (probably because of his weight). I didn’t like him one bit as he had something I wasn’t able to have yet. I desperately wanted breasts as I believed having them would initiate me into a certain kind of womanhood cult every girl ought to belong to.
I decided to take matters into my hands so I asked for help from the expert. Toyosi was the girl with the biggest boobs in my class back then so I asked her how I was supposed to grow some and she gave me the ultimate breast enlarging solution.
She told me to apply palm oil on my nipples and find a black ant to bite me on the spot where I applied the palm oil. She explained the swelling will make them grow out and assured me of the efficacy of the remedy as she had gotten it from her mother. I couldn’t get the black ant I caught to bite me on my nipples. For whatsoever reason, the ant didn’t find me good enough to be bitten.
By the time I entered Jss2, I still had no breasts and my period had not even started. I gave up on my breasts dream and figured I would be the first woman without breasts and periods.
I had already accepted my fate and took my mind off the possibility that I would be a well-endowed busty girl. Just when I had given up hope, my breasts started coming out. The whole situation reaffirmed the fact that most times, we get that thing we desperately want when we stop obsessing over it.
My breasts came out but they didn’t come out the way I anticipated. They were small and pointed downwards. I grew up seeing women who had well-rounded breasts that pointed forward so I imagined that was how it would be for me.
Someone close to me says I have banana breasts. My “boobs” are saggy and small. They do not stand but point downwards. I hated my body for a long while and I wasn’t comfortable with my appearance. I kept trying all sorts of breasts enlarging and firming creams that just didn’t work.
I have been told to avoid V-necked shirt so my boobs don’t show. I have been told to avoid taking pictures from the neck down. I have been told to hide my breast as they were unattractive. I have been told to wear bras to bed. I have been given all sorts of recommendations.
I did all I was told to do till I realized that nothing is going to change because this is just how I am. Every woman is different and our body parts come in different shapes and sizes. Just like some men have small p*nis and others have fairly big ones so do some women have different breasts sizes and shape.
This is not a cry for help. I do not need your home remedies for sagging breasts. Neither do I need your breasts enlargement cream or your recommendation of the perfect surgeon. My sagging boob isn’t as a result of the number of men I have slept with.
It also has nothing to do with the number of abortions I may or may not have had. Science is yet to prove the relationship between sagging breasts, abortions and sex. Till science does, I am right to say my sagging boob is a natural phenomenon.
I am comfortable with my body and there’s no shame in admitting how my body shape is. Self-love is very hard especially when we are being surrounded with altered images and edited content. Self-love is hard because the moment you try to be confident in your own body, you are shamed for it.
I have seen it all on Instagram. I have seen how people insult celebrities that dare display their sagging breasts or “show-off” their huge well-rounded tits. The other day, Laura Ikeji deactivated her comment section because people trolled her sales manager who wore a revealing cloth. In their words “how can she display her breasts that are not even standing?” Someone went further to say “they have sucked the life out of her breasts”.
Self-love is hard but I am loving myself nonetheless. I am a 20-something year old with sagging boobs. I will wear V-necked shirts, I will take pictures of my body how I like and no, I will not wear bras all the time because my breasts need to breathe!’

STOP USING ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, YOUTH GROUP WARNS FANI-KAYODE

Youths For Change NG, an umbrella group of youths committed to enthroning decency in politics, has called on former Minister Femi Fani-Kayode to stop his penchant for resorting to the use of base and abusive language in public discourse, saying such behaviour has no place in the Nigeria of their dreams.

In a statement issued in Lagos on Sunday by its National Leader, Mr. Seun Bobade, the group said the tweet credited to Mr. Fani-Kayode on Saturday when he was reacting to comments by the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, during a television programme, is unbecoming of a man who is supposed to be a father figure to all youths and who once served as a government minister.

”We found Mr. Fani-Kayode’s tweet extremely distasteful, very disgusting and unbecoming of a man who supposedly had a good education. How can Mr. Fani-Kayode censure the young ones, including his own children, if they become uncouth, rude and crude in public discourse when he himself has now made such distasteful disposition his trade mark,” it said.

The group said while it is inevitable that people in opposing camps in politics will disagree from time to time, because this is part of politics, ”such disagreement should not be a licence for anyone to pollute the air with crude and abusive language”.

”In recent times, Mr. Fani-Kayode, who touts his pedigree at every opportunity, has not lived up to his billing. If he is not fanning the embers of disunity with very incendiary statements, he is employing very nasty language even against those who are old enough to be his father. This is not encouraging to the youths and should stop forthwith,” Youths for Change NG said.

NIGERIAN VICTIM OF SEX TRAFFICKING IN ITALY TELLS HER SHOCKING STORY

Cynthia recounts her story: “I had problems back in Nigeria, family problems.” Cynthia says. “My aunties, well, a woman I was so close to in my village I called her auntie, said her brother ran a pharmacy in Italy and he needed a girl to help him there.”

“Straight away I asked her if it was prostitution,” she remembers, “but she took me in like her own daughter, and we were so close, so when she said if it was prostitution, I wouldn’t let you go, I believed her.”

“She was lying. When I got to Libya, the boga –a man– told me I wouldn’t be working in a pharmacy, but that I was going to be a prostitute.” Cynthia says. “I cried all through the night, but I could not go back, I could only move forward to Italy.”

“When I arrived on 25 June, 2016, they transferred me to [a hotspot in] Trappani for a week, then to a camp in Reggio Calabria. There a woman gave me a telephone to call my auntie.” She says. “I said, ‘I’m here.’ And then that phone that I used was ringing all the time, a woman was calling to arrange for a man to come and get me out of the camp.”

“One day, a man came to get me. We waited in a supermarket, and another man came who drove me somewhere in Sicily. I don’t know where it was, but when we got there, they took me to the woman I spoke to on the phone. She gave me a bed, and in the morning she woke me up and said she works with my auntie, and that now I was her prostitute.”

“I argued and fought with her all day until the night. Then she took me into her bedroom and she cut my wrist and collected my blood. She took pieces of my hair, and took my menstruation pad and put it all into a bag. She said if I go away from her, she will take my blood to Nigeria and use Juju to poison my blood.”

“The next day, we took a train to Calabria, and the woman gave me the things I need to work - panties, a bra, and condoms,”
Cynthia remembers, “She told me I owed her €30,000 for the trip and I was going to work to pay it off. I told her the trip wasn’t that much, but she said ’That’s not my concern and if I ran to the police they would deport me.”

“I was scared of her, of the police, of everything, so I agree,” she says.

“I saw the man who took me from the camp again, and he took me to the place I would be working. We called it Lentini, and was a road between that town and Catania. It was just a road in the bush, with so many girls working on it.”

“He said I needed to change my clothes and into the underwear they gave me, and if a car came, I had to take the driver into the bush for sex.” Cynthia says. “In the bushes and on the small roads there were beds, he said.”

“I worked from morning until the nighttime. I can’t remember how many men I was with, but it was a lot. When I got back to the house I was crying and I told the madam I wanted to call my parents, but she said no and demanded the money I had made.”

“I did the same thing every day in June, July, August, September, and October. In October, in the early morning, the police came to the door and knocked and shouted ‘Open up!’ The madam was running everywhere and she locked me and some other girls in the bedroom. I hid in the bath, and the police took the other girls and the madam.”

“Eventually I followed them to the police though, because I spoke to one of the girls and she said it was okay.”

Cynthia was transferred to the safe house for women who are victims of sex trafficking where she awaits her paperwork to be processed.

“I’m hoping that the government helps me with my documents, and that I can find a job. That’s my only way out of this. I’ll be okay and earning money and sending it home to my family. I would finally be happy because my family would be happy.”

NIGERIAN TEEN ARRESTED FOR IMPRISONING HIS PROFESSOR IN THE U.S.A

A Gainesville man was arrested Tuesday after police say he imprisoned a Santa Fe College professor against her will. Jude Chiedu Akachukwu, 19, went into the professor’s office without being invited in, closed the door and blocked the doorway, according to a Santa Fe Police Department arrest report. .

He said the professor could not leave the office until she agreed to allow him to make up an exam. When the professor said he could not make up the exam, Akachukwu grabbed her arm as she tried to walk away. .

The professor said she would call the police, and Akachukwu threw himself on the floor crying. The professor left her office and went to a nearby classroom to teach. Akachukwu followed and began to disrupt the class. Akachukwu was charged with false imprisonment, battery and disturbing the peace. He was being held Wednesday in Alachua County jail.

FRESH TERROR ATTACK: NIGERIA STANDS WITH THE GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE OF UNITED KINGDOM----OSINBAJO

Below is a press statement from the Acting President;

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, strongly condemns the sickening atrocity perpetrated by a misguided and cowardly group of terrorists who attacked innocent persons in the London Bridge area on Saturday night.

Prof Osinbajo states that Nigeria stands with the government and people of the United Kingdom and extend our condolences to the families of the victims.

The Acting President notes that the latest attack in the U.K. reinforces the need for the global community to act with greater vigour to overcome the extremist ideologies which underpin terrorism.

DAMMY KRANE'S ARREST: THE 9ICE ANGLE

I listened to the radio this afternoon and should I say unfortunately, they were discussing Dammy Krane’s arrest. And the angle they picked it from was that of 9ice- his ‘Living Things’ song.

Honestly, the first day I heard that song, I said to myself this is all shades of wrong, but then it’s Naija so it’s cool, people had already started listening and jamming to the song.

The topic was the hot gist today and those that sent in messages said 9ice didn’t help matters when he released the song especially the part he praised well known fraudsters, which actually made youths believe more in fraud.

To them, (those that sent in messages) it’s simple, he actually reckons with them and it’s extremely sad that someone who once held a public office and a public figure can actually release a song to praise fraudsters and encourage the youths to involve themselves in what he calls wire wire.

One of the presenters even said, in a better country, authorities would have gone after those men and question their source of income. Which is just the RIGHT thing to do. The only RIGHT THING.
They however attributed it to Dammy Krane’s case, saying he is just like many Nigerian youths who have now involved themselves in fraudulent activities because they see it as a way of being big, living large and a fast way of making mony than working hard, and ofcourse if people like 9ice can praise well known fraudsters, why won’t the youths want to get involved.

You ask why? Because 9ice has a say. Because 9ice is seen as a role model. Because 9ice is a star. Because 9ice matters to them. They listen to him. They believe in him. And when he dishes out a song, they think he is right, our mentor says it is cool and so they do it.

Need we say 9ice is wrong with his Living Things song? Absolutely! He owes Nigerian youths an apology. He owes them one, he needs a retraction. He has misled alot of people without him probbaly not even knowing. We have to be careful of what we dish out as celebrities (I mean the celebrities).

JOURNALIST SPARKS FURY AFTER POSING OUTSIDE PARLIAMENT WITH A SWORD & OFFERING ISIS $50,000 TO FIGHT HIM

A journalist has offered ISIS £50,000 to fight him after posing outside Parliament with a sword in a bizarre stunt.

Andre Walker, a columnist for the New York Observer, posted a picture of himself with his cutlass on Twitter outside the House of Commons.

He said: 'A bounty on my head. Any #ISIS terrorist that kills me gets £50k. I'll give my address. No police. But I've got a sword. Good luck.' Walker responded: 'They are cowards who blow up kids and run people over. I'm suggesting a fair fight...with me.'

He later said that he would be 'changing his will on Monday.'  People immediately started saying the post was insensitive, while others simply continued mocking him.

AREGBESOLA SEEKS RESTRUCTURING OF POLICE FORCE

Gov. Rauf Aregbesola of Osun, has called for the decentralisation of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) through proper restructuring and reform.

The governor made the call on Sunday in Osogbo when a Deputy Inspector- General of Police, Mr Foluso Adebanjo paid him a courtesy visit.

He said decentralisation of the force would ensure effective zonal security management, control and operation. Aregbesola said Nigeria had grown beyond centralised policing, saying that devolution of policing powers must be encouraged for greater productivity and discipline. “I am a strong advocate of federalisation of Police Force.

“We need to devolve the control of Police in such a way that the cumbersome responsibility shouldered by the Inspector General of Police would be reduced.

“Since the first obligation and responsibility of government remains security and maintenance of law and order, therefore, it behoves on any serious government to prioritise and guarantee the security of lives and property of the citizenry.

“It is a misnomer in a society like Nigeria for Commissioner of Police in a state to be directly answerable to Inspector General of Police in spite of the fact that there is Zonal Assistant Inspector General of Police in the zone to which such state emanates.

“Ideally, CP should be answerable to zonal commander who is AIG, while AIG become responsible to IG.

“This will sanitise the system and instill the spirit of commitment and dedication into the system.

“There is need to federate Police Force. Police must restructure its structure in such a way that would enhance effective zonal structure and management.”

Earlier in his remarks, DIG Adebanjo commended the governor for making Osun one of the states with the lowest crime rate in Nigeria.

Adebanjo also lauded Osun Government for giving the force necessary support and cooperation in its bid to maintain law and order.

“Let me add to it, Osun has one of the lowest crime rates in Nigeria. We cherish this feat and we know that the tempo would be sustained.

“We have been monitoring events in the state even from Abuja and we know that the state has never relented in its efforts of security consciousness.

“On our part, we shall continue to live up to expectation of Nigerian people in ensuring a safe atmosphere for all to live in.

” We will not rest on our oars to ensure that our nation is free from crimes of all nature,” the DIG said.

SENATE DENIES PLAN TO HIKE FUEL PRICE

President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, has denied that the upper chamber of the National Assembly is proposing an increment in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (petrol) by N5 as part of measures to generate funds for road repairs and maintenance.

The Special Assistant to the Senate President on New Media, Mr. Bankole Omisore, in a statement on Saturday, denied the report that the legislature such a plan.

As part of the recommendations in the report by the Senate Committee on Works on the National Roads Fund Establishment Bill 2017, a levy of N5 will be imposed on every litre of PMS and Automobile General Oil (diesel) imported or refined in the country.

Omisore, however, explained that at the public hearing on the National Roads Fund Bill, the stakeholders were unanimous on the need to access a percentage of the funds for sustainable maintenance of roads from the pricing template of petroleum products.

He said while the unanimity was on a percentage, opinions varied as to what percentage. “Some argued for 25, 11, 7 and 5 per cent of the value of the price of the product,” he noted.

JONATHAN'S AIDE, THREE OTHER EX-NIGERIAN OFFICIALS NAMED IN $20M BRIBERY SCANDAL IN SWITZERLAND

Three former top officials of the Nigerian Ports Authority and a former special adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan have been named in a massive foreign bribery scandal that has led to the conviction of a company and some of its top officials in Switzerland, Premium Times reported.

Dredging International Services (Cyprus) Ltd was sentenced to a fine of one million Swiss Francs and asked to refund 36 million Swiss Francs illegal profit after it was indicted for allegedly making illicit payments to a former Managing Director of the NPA, Adebayo Sarumi; a former Managing Director of NPA’s Eastern Ports, Felix Ovbude; a former Executive Director of Finance at the NPA, Abba Murtala Mohammed; and Daniel Afam-Obi, a former executive assistant to Sullivan Akachukwu Nwankpo who was ex-President Goodluck Jonathan’s special adviser on technical matters.

Investigators believe Mr. Afam-Obi acted on behalf of Mr. Nwankpo. While Messrs Sarumi, Ovbude and Mohammed allegedly collectively received $2.6million in kickbacks, Mr. Afam-Obi was said to have been paid $157,000 for unknown reasons. Another $18million dollar was passed to companies in which some yet unknown Nigerian officials have interests.

Lol....well, this is another perspective!

FG RAISES ALARM OVER INCREASE IN THE SPREAD OF FAKE NEWS IN NIGERIA

The Federal Government has urged Nigerians to be extra vigilant in view of the worsening cases of fake news being spread by unscrupulous persons, who are bent on destabilizing the polity and causing disunity among the country's various ethnic and religious groups.
In a statement issued in Abuja today, the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, said over this weekend alone, several major cases of fake news were recorded, each of them capable of causing panic, triggering chaos or setting one group against the other.

He said a gory video of a blast that occurred many years ago is being circulated along with the false news of a bomb blast in Abuja, while news of a non-existent bomb blast in Lagos was also widely circulated, forcing the police to promptly debunk the fake news.

Mohammed also said the latest strategy being employed by the purveyors of fake news is to attribute to top government officials improbable statements that are capable of destabilizing the polity, causing tension and threatening the country's unity.
''This is why we are appealing to Nigerians not to ever engage in a knee-jerk reaction to any news, and to subject every information to a very serious scrutiny by checking with security agencies and government spokespersons,'' he said.
The Minister described the fake news phenomenon as 'the scourge of our times' which will probably get worse in the months ahead, hence the need for all Nigerians to be very vigilant so that fake news purveyors do not succeed in their quest to sow the seeds of chaos and confusion.

He also appealed to the traditional media, which has a reputation to protect, to join the campaign against the purveyors of fake news, especially because the websites of many reputable media organizations are being parodied and used to spread false information in order to gain some modicum of credibility.
''On our part, we will not relent until we have exposed those who are behind this fake news phenomenon and brought them to justice,'' Alhaji Mohammed said.

HERDMEN ATTACKS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIGH COST OF GARRI-- FARMERS

The Nigeria Cassava Growers Association says the unending attacks by herdsmen on farmers and their products nationwide, is largely responsible for the scarcity in cassava products such as Garri and Fufu and the increase in prices of these food items. In the last two months, there have been over 100% increase in the prices of staple foods such as Garri, Fufu and others.
A paint bucket of Garri which used to go for N400, now goes for N1000 or more, depending on the location.

According to the farming body, the attacks by the herdsmen have left farmers scared of going back to their farms, leading to a low turnover of these products.  The group’s president, Segun Adewumi disclosed this when he spoke at a function in Lagos recently.

"It has been a very difficult time for cassava farmers in Nigeria because of the incessant attacks by herdsmen, who make it difficult for them to go to their farms. Farmers are afraid to go and cultivate. Some farmers have lost their lives for venturing into the farms. All that the farmers had were lost to these attackers, and that really affected production of cassava” he said
