SECURITY OPERATIVE REPORTEDLY SHOT STUDENT DURING PROTEST IN CALABAR

Coming after we reported that Gov. Ben Ayade of Cross River State, reportedly ordered tear gas on peaceful protesters who were protesting against his government in Calabar, it has been gathered that a student who was among the protesters have been left with an injury.

Photos shared online, revealed that the student was reportedly shot by security operatives. They had scheduled to converge at Millennium Park, Calabar, and march on to other places in the state capital, before the policemen arrived and allegedly removed them forcefully.
